Introducing and discussing your personal ADHD discovery story.

ADHD in school and in the work place; diving into what it was like for you in school and at work with ADHD.

ADHD and overstimulation;

Exploring your shutdowns and ways you become overstimulated.

ADHD and masking; uncovering ways you fit yourself into society and change behaviours based on those around you.

ADHD and stigma; looking at the stigmas surrounding ADHD and the internalized stigmas we face.

ADHD and the inner critic; calling out the ways we have all allowed the internal critic to hold us back. Why is your internalcritic no longeruseful?
